Raefn Exercise Physiology Pty Ltd values and respects the privacy of our clients and is committed to meeting our obligations in terms of securely managing personal information.

We adhere to the National (Australian) Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). A copy of the Australian Privacy Principles may be obtained online from The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Raefn Exercise Physiology Pty Ltd may collect personal information as necessary to provide services and products. Personal information is information that identifies an individual, including names, email addresses, postal addresses and phone numbers. We collect personal information strictly for the purpose of providing services and information to our clients. We will only use personal information for the purpose/s for which it was collected and will never sell or otherwise disclose this information to outside parties, unless required to do so by law. Personal information is securely stored and reasonably protected from unauthorised access, disclosure, misuse and/or loss.

Raefn Exercise Physiology Pty Ltd does not have access to, and does not accept any responsibility for, personal information gathered by Third Party providers such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Clients may choose to unsubscribe from mailing lists at any time by utilising the “unsubscribe” link provided in email communications, or by emailing us at hello@raefn.com.au.

Raefn Cues Mobile Application

Raefn Exercise Physiology Pty Ltd does not collect or store any personal user information via the Raefn Cues mobile application. Personal data collected by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store at the point of sale is done in accordance with the respective privacy policies of these service providers. This personal data is neither shared with, nor accessible to, Raefn Exercise Physiology Pty Ltd or our developers.

Web-based Services and Products

Raefn Exercise Physiology Pty Ltd provides a range of web-based services and products including online education courses as well as products associated with the Raefn Cues App. These services are associated with, but separate from, the Raefn Cues mobile application.

Personal data is not linked or shared in any way between the Raefn Cues mobile application and any associated web-based products and services. Users are not required to create an account with us or purchase a subscription to use the Raefn Cues mobile application. However, when accessing associated products and services via our website, we may collect personal user information, only as appropriate and necessary, to provide these services. Some products and services may require an account or subscription.

Changes and Updates to the Privacy Policy

Any future changes or updates to the Privacy Policy (made at our sole discretion) will be promptly communicated via an update to the Privacy Policy page on both the mobile application and via our website (www.raefn.com.au).
